  • What is Taco Bell Rewards and how does it work?

    It's Taco Bell's customer loyalty program. It's pretty simple – when you make eligible purchases through your Taco Bell account, you'll earn points to unlock free items and special offers. You'll also gain exclusive and early access to new products and other surprises along the way!

  • How do I become a Taco Bell Rewards member?

    It's easy. Everyone that uses the Taco Bell mobile app or tacobell.com as a logged in user is a member! If you don't have an account, download the mobile app, and you'll be asked to sign up for a Taco Bell Account. Or go to tacobell.com and select “Login” and then “Create An Account”. Fill out and submit the Sign Up form, agree to the website terms (which include Reward Program terms), and you'll automatically become a Rewards member.

  • How do I keep track of past points and rewards?

    Head to the Rewards dashboard on the mobile app and tap the three horizontal bars in the top right corner of the screen. Click the "My History" tab and you can see when you earned points, rewards, and redeemed a reward.

  • Do Taco Bell points and rewards expire?

    Yes. Your points expire 6 months after the calendar month in which you earned them, unless they are converted into a reward. For example, if you earn 50 Points on March 21, those 50 Points will expire on October 1 if you do not earn a Reward by October 1. Your rewards expire on the 31st day after they are posted to your account, unless you redeem the reward.

  • Is my "Fire" tier status permanent?

    It's not permanent, BUT once you achieve Fire status, your status will last until the end of that calendar year, plus one full calendar year after that. To keep Fire status for the year after that, you'll need to earn enough points again.

  • What do I do if I have any questions about my order or rewards?

  • How many points do I need to earn a reward?

    250 points

  • How do I redeem a Taco Bell Reward?

    Just log into your account on the Taco Bell mobile app, tap "My Rewards" and select the one you'd like by tapping "Redeem." How easy is that? If you have more than one option for a type of reward, you'll be presented a list of options to add to your cart. Before redeeming your reward, you can also swap the reward with another just by tapping "Redeem" on the choice you would like instead. You'll be prompted to confirm the change, and once you do, the new reward will appear in your cart. If you change your mind, you can also tap "Remove" and the unredeemed reward will go back to where it was. Please note you are only able to redeem one reward at a time and only through the Taco Bell app.

  • What rewards are available in each tier for earning 250 points?

    • Hot: Bean Burrito, Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, Chips & Nacho Cheese Sauce, Cinnamon Twists, Crunchy Taco, Soft Taco, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, Cheesy Roll Up, Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burrito Sausage, or a Medium Fountain Drink. (Plus a birthday surprise)​

  • Where can I find my rewards status information and track my progress?

    Open the mobile app and tap the "Rewards" giftbox icon at the bottom of the screen. That will bring you to your Rewards dashboard. Here, you can track your progress towards your next reward. If you tap the My Rewards button, you can check to see if you have any current rewards hanging out. Once you place and pick up your order, you should see your points added shortly after. But it can take up to 48 hours, so…be patient. 😉

  • How many points will I earn for each qualifying purchase?

    You'll earn 10 points per eligible dollar spent based on your order subtotal (excluding taxes, fees, and discounts). You receive a reward every time you earn 250 points. To earn points, purchases must be made via your account (either online at tacobell.com or via the Mobile App), at the kiosk by entering your rewards email address (when prompted), or on drive thru/in-restaurant counter purchases by scanning the barcode on your receipt. If you hit 2,000 points in a calendar year, you'll get promoted to "Fire Tier" where you'll earn 11 points per eligible dollar spent and get access to even more reward options. Pretty sweet, right?

  • Is there a way for me to earn points when I’m not ordering on the app?

    You bet. First, there’s ordering for pickup from our website. Just make sure you’re logged in, and the points will be added to your account. You can also earn points by ordering from our In Store Kiosks. If you are a Taco Bell Rewards® member, just enter your Rewards email address when prompted, and points will be added to your account. If you miss that step, no worries! You can manually enter the numeric code that is included on your digital receipt that gets emailed to you. Just open your app, tap on the scanner icon on your rewards dashboard and switch it over to manual. For orders placed at the drive thru and in-restaurant counters look for the barcode at the bottom of your receipt, which you can then scan on your app with the Taco Bell Rewards scanner. Your points should be added to your account within 48 hours.

  • Will I earn points on delivery orders?

    Yes, you can earn points on qualifying delivery orders placed through the Taco Bell app. However, you cannot earn points on delivery or pick-up orders placed through a delivery partner’s app like DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, or Grubhub.

  • Will I earn points on other non-food purchases?

    Points are only earned on qualifying food and beverage purchases made at participating locations. Points will not be earned on the following at this time: Taco Bell merchandise, alcohol, charity donations, gift card purchases, taxes, and fees.

  • What are Taco Bell "Challenges?"

    Challenges are a way to earn EXTRA points and rewards. If you place an order that meets the challenge's requirements, the extra bonus points will be earned automatically once the purchase is complete. Current Challenges can be found on your Rewards Dashboard by tapping the "Challenges" button.

  • How do I scan the barcode on my receipt?

    You will need to download and open the mobile app to find a barcode scanner button in your rewards dashboard that'll open the scanner. Once the scanner opens, you'll have to allow the mobile app to use your phone's camera. Then, point the scanner at the barcode, scan the barcode (within 5 days of your qualifying purchase), and any qualifying points should be added to your account within 48 hours.

  • What do I do if the scanner doesn't read the barcode on my receipt?

    If the scanner doesn't work for some reason — maybe it's too dark for the camera to recognize the barcode or your receipt is wrinkly — there's an option in the app to manually enter the numbers underneath the barcode, and it'll do the same thing as scanning.

  • What if I can't find a barcode on my receipt?

    If you don't have a barcode on your receipt, that likely means we haven't yet rolled out loyalty barcodes at the location you visited or it may not be a participating location. To receive more information on participating locations, fill out the Contact Us form here and we'll get back to you ASAP.

The value of the incentives provided pursuant to the programs can vary greatly by individual and depends on various factors, including as applicable: the benefit and insights that we realize and expect to realize when you continue to use our Services; sales directly or indirectly generated from participation in each program; whether the sales generated by the program exceed the cost to us of offering the program; how many users sign up for the program; and increased goodwill towards us. We will not discriminate against you for opting out of any program, but we may offer incentives and promotions that are not available outside of participation in the programs described in the chart below.

  • Sell, Sharing, or Disclosure of Consumer Data

    Taco Bell will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose consumer data to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy. For more information on how Taco Bell discloses your data visit our Privacy Policy. Currently Taco Bell does not collect sensitive data to create an account or to receive personalized or non-personalized Taco Bell marketing. Taco Bell may provide the option to sync your account to third party websites to participate in promotional and marketing engagements. Once you have synced your account to a third-party website your personal information will be shared with that third party.

  • Account Deletion

    You have the right to withdraw from these programs at any time and may do so by following the instructions in the chart above. However, please note that your withdrawal may be delayed due to technical restrictions.

    In the event you choose to delete your account you will no longer be able to receive program benefits such as personalized incentives. You may delete your account while logged into your account on a mobile device or our website. In the event you choose to delete your account you may still receive transactional emails regarding password and account information and unrelated marketing communications that you may have signed up for until such time as you withdraw from the program by following the instructions in the chart above.

Taco Bell Rewards program is available at participating US locations and subject to terms and conditions. Points are earned on qualifying purchases.
